Official Rules and Regulations for the Fire Pit Giveaway
1. Eligibility: The Fire Pit Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and live in Canada. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
2. Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins on 7 November 7th,2024 at 12:01am and ends on December 20th at 12:00pm (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted outside the Giveaway Period will not be considered.
3. How to Enter:
Donation Entry: Participants who make a donation to the food bank by dropping off donations at participating locations will automatically receive 10 entries per donation made during the Giveaway Period.
No Purchase Necessary Entry: To enter without making a donation, participants can visit lmntfundraising.com and complete the free entry form during the Giveaway Period. Limit one no-purchase entry per person.
4. Entry Limit: Multiple entries are allowed.
5. Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will be conducted on December 20th, 2024 at 2:00 pm, and the winner will be notified by phone within 2 days after the drawing.
6. Prize: One (1) fire pit (approximate retail value: $450) will be awarded to the winner. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for another item.
7. Claiming the Prize: The winner must respond to the notification and claim their prize within 7 days from the date of notification. If the winner does not respond within the given timeframe or cannot claim the prize for any reason, an alternate winner will be selected.
8. Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow LMNT Fundraising to use their name, image, and any other relevant details for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
